I studied Fine Art-Sculpture originally, and ended up making figurative sculptures and performance photographic work using hand made and recycled fabrics and threads.(Click on the Previous Work section listed on the right to see some pictures)

My love of colour and texture was strong in this work, biut the main themes were in the space between idol-making, idol worship and the search for a personal identity.

When I started home making and baby rearing a few years ago, my obsession with textiles and recycling/reusing became my creative outlet.

The work you can see here is colourful, beautiful and mostly useful.

My own pocket bag in use while helping No.1 son learn to ride his bike!
